Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

By joining the NJO Toybox Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Commission, Payments & Tracking

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 20% on qualifying purchases made through their referral links.
• Tracking Cookie Duration: Referral cookies last for 90 days from the user’s initial visit. If a customer purchases within this period, the affiliate earns a commission.
• Minimum Payout Amount: Commissions are paid once the affiliate earns a minimum of $50.
• Payment Schedule: Payments are issued on a monthly basis via [Payment Method: PayPal, Direct Deposit, etc.].
• Refund Grace Period: A 3-day grace period applies to commission payouts to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. If a refund occurs within this period, no commission will be paid on that sale.
• Deduction of Commissions: If an order is canceled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, the commission for that sale will be deducted.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must not use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
• Affiliates must not promote content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful to the brand’s reputation.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their tracking links are properly implemented.

4. Use of Brand Assets

• Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, and promotional materials provided by Not Just Orgasms LLC
• Unauthorized modifications to brand materials are strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates cannot:

• Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) targeting the Not Just Orgasms LLC brand name.
• Engage in spam marketing (email, social media, forums).
• Make false claims about products or services.

6. Termination of Affiliate Accounts

• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violating these terms.
• Affiliates who engage in fraudulent activity will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Not Just Orgasms LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.
• We make no guarantees regarding earnings, traffic, or conversion rates.

8. Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.

• Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Not Just Orgasms LLC when promoting our products.
• Example: “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission on purchases made through my links.”

9. Changes to the Affiliate Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard announcements. Continued participation after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
